Rezta Partner Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Rezta Partner Program. By registering as an Affiliate ("Partner") with Rezta ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Commission Structure

·         15% Recurring Commission: You will earn a 15% commission on the subscription fees paid by any restaurant you successfully refer to Rezta.

·         12-Month Limit: This recurring commission applies to the first twelve (12) months of the referred restaurant's active subscription. After the 12th month, commissions for that specific referral will cease.

·         Validity: Commissions are only generated when the referred restaurant completes a successful, non-refunded payment for a premium Rezta plan.

2. Payouts & Withdrawals

·         Minimum Threshold: You must accrue a minimum of ₦200 in cleared commissions before you can request a withdrawal.

·         Payout Processing: Approved payouts are processed and disbursed to your provided bank account. Processing times may vary depending on banking operations.

·         Chargebacks & Refunds: If a referred restaurant requests a refund or initiates a chargeback on a payment that generated a commission, that commission will be revoked and deducted from your pending or future payouts.

3. Self-Referrals & Fraud Prevention

·         No Self-Referrals: You are strictly prohibited from referring your own restaurant or any business in which you have a controlling interest. Commissions generated from self-referrals will be voided.

·         Account Suspension: Rezta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Affiliate account and forfeit any pending payouts if we detect fraudulent activity, artificial traffic, or violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable Marketing Practices

·         Approved Channels: You may promote Rezta on your personal websites, social media channels, and direct networks.

·         Prohibited Practices: You may not use spam (email or otherwise), deceptive marketing, or bid on trademarked Rezta keywords in search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads).

5. Program Modifications

Rezta reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, the commission rate, or the structure of the Partner Program at any time. We will notify active affiliates of any significant changes.
